During the symposium experts highlighted that CMPA currently ranks as one of the most common infant food allergies and requires timely diagnosis and appropriate management to mitigate the impact on growth and developmental outcomes and minimise patient/ parent distress. Experts discussed how to optimise the diagnosis of CMPA, the nutritional management with emphasis on the microbiome and finally when is the best time to re-introduce cow's milk protein.
